Our Organization The ATV Club has well over 100 active members in the Nanaimo / mid Vancouver Island area. We are working to positively promote the fine sport of ATV riding while enjoying the sport themselves. In the province of B.C., local clubs, numbering over 30, have been growing at an amazing rate. As many of us know, once you take your first ride it’s just a matter of time before there’s one parked in your garage. Like many of the local clubs, ours was started by one person looking on the Internet for information about local clubs or organizations that ride ATV’s. That was in 2003, and numbers are increasing yearly with well over 100 active members today. We encourage all of members to wear helmets and carry a valid drivers license and 3rd party liability insurance. We emphasize safe riding while continuing to have fun. We are a responsible group of motorized environmentalists who care a great deal about wildlife and habitat, and we understand better than anyone what a wonderful place we live and work and recreate in.
