About Us

Our Organization
The ATV Club has close to 100 active members in the Nanaimo / mid Vancouver Island area. We are working to promote the fine sport of ATV riding while enjoying the sport themselves.

In the province of B.C., local clubs, numbering over 30, have been growing at an amazing rate. As many of us know, once you take your first ride it’s just a matter of time before there’s one parked in your garage.

Like many of the local clubs, ours was started by one person looking on the Internet for information about local clubs or organizations that ride ATV’s. That was in 2003, and numbers are increasing yearly with almost 100 active members in 2006/2007. We are expecting that to increase to over 130 for the 2007/2008 season.

We encourage all of members to wear helmets and carry a valid drivers license and 3rd party liability insurance. We emphasize safe riding while continuing to have fun.
